The oil Citrus sinensis (sweet orange) peels was extracted by steam distillation that Azadirachta indica (Neem) seed Soxhlet extraction respectively. Creams were formulated at four concentrations 5%, 15%, 25% 30% v/w respectively Neem, peel combined Neem-Orange oils, after which laboratory reared mosquitoes used assess efficacy each concentrations. A DEET-based cream 13% concentration standard. Wild mosquito larvae brought adults female mating given a blood meal. Second generation arm in cage test (AIC). Orange-based recorded highest time, followed based least time even concentration. statistically significant difference between DEET peel, creams 0.030, 0 .499 0.195, suggests Peel Oil can be produce due their synergistic good smell.
